Service Description

Severe bleeding is the leading cause of preventable death after injury. This nationally recognized course teaches you how to take immediate, life-saving action in the critical minutes before first responders arrive. Through hands-on instruction, you’ll learn how to identify life-threatening bleeding, apply direct pressure, pack wounds, and correctly apply tourniquets—even under stress. Delivered by Overwatch Solutions instructors trained in emergency trauma care, this course follows the Department of Defense-endorsed Stop the Bleed® program, developed in partnership with the American College of Surgeons and the Committee on Tactical Combat Casualty Care. 🔍 What You’ll Learn: How to recognize life-threatening bleeding How to protect yourself and prioritize safety How and when to apply direct pressure How to pack a wound correctly How to properly use a tourniquet (on yourself or others) What to do after bleeding is controlled This course is designed for anyone—no medical experience required.
