Overwatch Solutions LLC is rooted in nearly four decades of public safety service and a shared commitment to helping others protect what matters most. The company is proudly woman-owned by Lisa Hill, whose steadfast faith, sacrifice, and support through the demands of life in public safety made this mission possible. Overwatch exists not only because of Shane Hill’s experience, but because Lisa created the opportunity for that experience to continue serving others through her company and through the path the Lord placed before them.

Shane Hill serves as the operational voice and lead instructor behind Overwatch Solutions, bringing more than 35 years of real-world experience across EMS, fire, and law enforcement. In EMS and fire, he advanced through the ranks from entry level to Chief, serving in executive leadership for the final nine-plus years before retiring from that side of public safety. At the same time, he has continued serving in law enforcement since 1994 and currently serves as a Sergeant and Training Coordinator with a Sheriff’s Office in Georgia.

Throughout that career, Shane has led training, emergency response, firearms instruction, public safety operations, leadership development, and organizational preparedness efforts, gaining firsthand insight into how people, teams, and institutions can better identify risk, close gaps, and perform with confidence under pressure. He has also served on a FEMA-related federal grant application review and selection panel, giving him valuable perspective on how preparedness initiatives are evaluated, prioritized, and aligned with funding expectations.

Today, Overwatch Solutions applies that experience in a consulting-first model serving businesses, nonprofits, houses of worship, schools, families, and professionals. Rather than focusing only on tools or reactive training, Overwatch helps clients assess vulnerabilities, improve situational awareness, strengthen plans and procedures, and develop practical, mission-specific training for the environments they actually serve in every day.

As a woman-owned, grant-friendly business positioned for SAM.gov and Georgia procurement opportunities, Overwatch Solutions is structured to support organizations and partners who value readiness, documentation, supplier diversity, and WOSB participation.
